What is a Text Ad Exchange?
A Text Ad Exchange is an advertising website for worldwide online marketers.
Members can earn points to trade for advertising. Members earn points by viewing other members ads, such as traffic links or by clicking on credit links in solo ads or super solo ads.
Members can also purchase advertising from many places located within the website. Generally speaking the best specials will be the One Time Offer which you are presented upon sign up and verification, or the Login Offer which you see each time you login to the website.
Some websites even allow you to earn cash through viewing various types of ads.
The most common types of advertising are Solo Ads, Banners Ads, Traffic Links, Login Ads, Text Ads, Html Ads & Super Solo Ads. In some cases, some text ad exchanges will offer many different types of advertising.
Why Choose a Text Ad Exchange?
Unlike Traffic Exchanges you can pick and choose which websites you choose to visit. Unlike safelists or mailer sites we do NOT allow auto responder emails, emails that bounce or full email boxes, thus ensuring every solo, cash solo or super/mega solo you send will be delivered to every member's email box!
I Did Not Receive My Verification Email!
We highly recommend you use a GMAIL account to ensure you receive your verification email. This is the leading cause of why you may not have received your verification email.
The other main cause could be an incorrect submission of an email address. Please double check that the email you submitted is the correct email.
Any email that is not verified before midnight cst will automatically deleted from our database and you will be required to sign up again.
What is a Promo Code & How Do I Use It?
A promo code is generally given out on every text ad exchange as an incentive for members to sign up. The promo code contains a free advertising package to help you get started. Each site will have it's own set of advertising that is given out.
The promo codes can generally be found on the index (front) page of the website or within the members area when you login. In some cases you may also find it within the promotional emails located on the 'Tools & Stats' page.
To claim a promo code, login to your account, go to the "Advertising" page, enter the promo code in the box located at the top of the page, click Redeem and the advertising will automatically be credited to your account.
How Can I Use My Free Promo Code if I Cannot Access the "Advertise" Page?
Unfortunately we require you to read 25 ads in order to access almost all areas of the site including the "Advertise" page. This ensures that everyone coming to the site is using it at least once to its full potential and ensuring that everyone's ads are being read including yours when you do submit them :)
I Joined Before April 15th and I Did Not Receive My Pro Upgrade?
Your pro upgrade is automatically applied to your account upon joining. However if you signed up and activated your account before April 15th and did not receive the upgrade please contact admin.
If you joined on April 15th but did not verify until April 16th you may be exempt from the upgrade.
I Can't Login to My Account... Help!!
If you cannot login into your account here is a few things to try before contacting support.
- Make sure you information (username and password) is correct
- Clear your cookies and cache which usually can be found in the Tools area at the top of your browser, after clearing them, close your browser, try logging in to your account once you have opened the browser again (90% of the time, this is the reason you cannot login to your account)
Some other reasons you may not be able to login:
- Your account has been deleted for suspicious account activity, bouncing emails, autoresponder emails, or accidental self deletion. Please see the "Terms and Conditions" if you suspect your account has been deleted by administration.
- In some rare cases, beyond administrations control, your account may no longer be in our database due to a site compromise or hosting issues.
I Purchased the Ad Package w/Alertpay, It Did not Show up In my Account?
If you purchase advertising via Alertpay please allow 24 hours (usually sooner) for it to be credited to your account. A lot of these sites still have the old Alertpay IPN files in them and have not been updated yet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your patience regarding this matter.
I Can't Access All Areas of the Site, How Come?
Here at Traffic Generators we require our free and pro members to activate their accounts by viewing 25 ads. Once you have activated your account you are free to use all areas of the site forever and will not be required to view ads again at any time in order to use the site. JV members whom upgrade while joining or before clicking ads are exempt from having to view ads to activate.
I've Already Activated My Account Once Why Am I Being Asked to Activate Again?
You should only need to activate your account once by reading the required amount of ads. However if you go to post an ad and find you are being asked to activate again, please clear your cookies and cache, close your browser, open your browser again, log back into your account and you should not have any more issues. It's an issue associated with old cookies!
Why is It Taking So Long for My Ads to Be Sent?
Generally speaking a solo ad should take up to five days after submission to be sent. However some sites depending on site activity may take up to 14 days to go out. Busier sites you should expect a longer delay for your ad to be sent.
If you have a time sensitive ad and you need it to be sent faster, I would suggest using a cash solo ad or super/mega solo ad which should be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
Why Are My Ads Not Being Approved?
There are several rules to consider while posting your ads. This may be the cause of why your ad is being returned to your account. Each site has it's own set of rules.
Here are some general rules to consider while you're setting up your ads:
1) URLS in the body of Solo Ads- Most sites do NOT allow you to have any links or urls, clickable or not within the body of your solo ads. Some sites may allow you to have one and one only. My sites for instance allow you to have one url within the body of the solo ad (including clickable links) Please check the posting rules.
2.) Incorrect URL's- The most common reason for a returned ad is an incorrect url in the clickable link. Please be sure to check your link upon submission. We do not have the power to edit your ad.
3.) Framebreakers including Adfly, Infinity Downline Builder, Linkbucks etc.
4.) Monetary Values within the Subject Lines-We do NOT allow the subject lines of ANY of our ads to contain amounts or pertaining to amounts over $1000, no exceptions. Monetary values refer to bucks, 15k, cash, dollars etc.
5.) PTP Sites or PTC Site that Offer Ridiculous Sign UP Bonuses or Cashout Amounts- Many of the sites are no longer allowing PTP sites to be promoted due to viruses and hidden agendas. PTC sites that offer crazy amounts of money as sign up bonuses or cashout limits are considered scam sites and will not be accepted.
6.) Gambling or Adult Sites- These websites are not allowed to be promoted on any Text Ad Exchange that I know of, please do not submit them. Adult site includes AllXClub too.

Can I Convert My Points to Cash?
There is NO Conversions of points to cash at Traffic Generators. Points can only be used to purchase advertising and advertising only.
When Can I Cashout My Earnings?
You can cashout your earnings by contacting Support when your account has reached the minimum amount, $15 for JV Members, $20 for Pro Members and $25 for Free Members. Some restrictions may apply, please see the "Terms and Conditions" before requesting a cashout!
I Was Denied a Commissions Request, How Come?
You may have been denied for two reasons:
1) You do not have the minimum required in order to request a cashout.
2) Your account may not meet the requirements in order to request a cashout. Please see our "Terms and Conditions" page on what the requirements are in order to receive a cashout.
